Cancellation Policy

Pickup Town believes in helping its customers as far as possible, hence we have prearranged 24 hours for customers to cancel the order from the time of order confirmation.

Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours from the time of placing an order. And no cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.

• To process cancellation
• Kindly call our helpdesk number with your order confirmation number. Our helpdesk team will assist you with the process of cancellation.
• Or you may write us at info@pickuptown.com with your respective order confirmation ID.
• Cancellation Refund: Cancellation charges of 5% will be deducted from total order value and the remaining amount will be processed for refund within 4 to 7 business days. Refund amount will be deposited to your account back based on the timelines of your bank’s processing time, which may vary bank to bank.

Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where we could not accommodate to deliver the same product what you have ordered for due to no stock available. On such cases we will you keep you informed and process the refund without deducting any charges within 4 to 7 business days. Refund amount will be deposited to your account back based on the timelines of your bank’s processing time, which may vary bank to bank.
